Resident Selection Criteria
This Resident Selection Criteria applies to Blooming Meadows North.
This property will operate in accordance with federal, state and local fair housing and civil rights laws. No applicant will be discriminated against on the basis of race, national origin, color, creed, marital status, ancestry, religion, familial status, public assistance, sex, sexual orientation, or disability.
Income Limits
Minimum Income: Applicants must have gross income (pre-tax) of two times (2x) the rent plus utilities. A Section 8 voucher or funding from a comparable third-party subsidy source also may be acceptable.
Maximum Income: Affordable units have restrictions in which the total gross annual income for applicants cannot exceed anywhere from 30%-70% Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program (MTSP) Income limits, depending on availability, for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area, depending on household size. Current income limits are below, by household size.
1 occupant: income max ranges from $43,500 - $60,900
2 occupants: income max ranges from $49,700 - $69,580
3 occupants: income max ranges from $55,900 - $78,260
4 occupants: income max ranges from $62,100 - $86,940
5 occupants: income max ranges from $67,100 - $93,940
6 occupants: income max ranges from $72,050 - $100,870
7 occupants: income max ranges from $77,050 - $107,870
8 occupants: income max ranges from $82,000 - $114,800
